At Coyol Free Zone, we ensure that our processes and regulatory compliance for any construction project are optimal.
Our certification in the Construction Project Management System ISO 9001:2015 has been crucial in helping us standardize our services and ensure quality.
We have established a standardized administration system for our construction projects, thus ensuring that every process is traceable. This system allows us to learn from previous projects and fosters continuous improvement.
Companies expanding their operations to another country must comply with international construction standards and invest in a modern building.
One of the key elements for expansions or new projects is consulting. This is a stage in a construction project where our designers and inspectors work closely together. Additionally, we utilize advanced software that can gather specific information, conduct quality tests, and make relevant observations.
We have a diverse, multidisciplinary, and experienced team dedicated to developing projects. This team guides customers from the initial building concept, through the permit acquisition process, all the way until the successful completion of the project.
To ensure customer satisfaction via the continuous improvement of construction processes, the Construction Project Management System makes each completed project undergo an evaluation phase. This evaluation seeks to determine the client’s perspective, study the quality of the process, and identify improvement areas for future projects.
It is fair to note that the Quality Management System, implemented in 2015, is led by a team of representatives from different business areas.
What is a Construction Project Management System ISO-9001?
Coyol Free Zone’s Construction Project Management System ISO-9001 seeks to ensure the construction of first-class infrastructure for companies operating in the Free Trade Zone. Its main goal is to guarantee that the needs of the clients in terms of time, cost, safety, and quality in the project are properly met.
This system comprises four macroprocesses:
- Project Management
- Financial Management
- Human Resources
- Quality Management
The ISO 9001:2015 specifies seven principles for quality management: customer focus, leadership, team commitment, integration, continuous improvement, evidence-based decision, and relationship management.
