For Applicants looking to work in the Free Zone
March. The new reality, brought on by COVID-19, offers opportunities for growth and innovation for those who want to grow professionally in any of the companies located in Coyol Free Zone.
The Code Recruitment and Training Institute along with Coyol Free Zone have adapted to the new normal, and is offering, in their training processes within the Coyol Academy project, a digital platform that will give people the opportunity to train in areas related to the medical industry from the comfort of their homes and from any type of device (cell phone, tablet or computer).
“Academia Coyol is offering its first virtual course for people who wish to fill the position of Manufacturing Operator in Coyol Free Zone. This course will provide them with the knowledge that will enhance their performance and increase their success in the hiring process,” indicated Carolina Zamora, Manager of Post-Sales Services at Coyol Free Zone.
The first course called Introduction to the Medical Device Industry is now available at Academia Coyol, and those who complete it fully and pass the evaluations will be placed in a database available to all the companies in the Park.
“The year 2020 was an extremely challenging one: the pandemic impacted countries, companies, entrepreneurs and everyone in general. As a result, one of the great tasks we have had to face has been how to turn these threats into opportunities. Today, Coyol Free Zone has shown how to adapt to this new normal and provide opportunities for growth and training to many people. Likewise, we have showcased the Costa Ricans’ ability to continue on the path of constant and permanent learning, as well as to seek learning opportunities to enter the knowledge economy. We strongly urge people to enroll in these programs and to enhance their employability through quality, free and online training, ” said Andrés Valenciano, Minister of Foreign Trade.
As a result, the Free Zone is working in alliance with FUNDATEC to bring into the virtual world a series of courses that will be focused on acquiring new knowledge applicable to the medical industry. Throughout the year, they will be made known through the platform.
How to access Coyol Academy project
To enter, candidates must provide their curriculum information in the employment exchange found in the following link: https://apps.gentecoyol.com/reclutamiento. Once completed, direct access to the Training tab will be automatically enabled, redirecting the applicant to Academia Coyol.
Participating in the course, “Introduction to the Medical Industry”, does not guarantee applicants that they will obtain any of the jobs in the Park, but the objective is to offer them valuable tools to improve their technical knowledge and soft skills so that they can perform better before a possible recruitment process.
If a person is hired by one of the companies in the Free Zone, it must be clear that they will begin a process of training and growth in their position as well as an induction course.
